She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to ensuring my son received the support he needs. Shontelle guided me through the process step by step, answered all my questions, and made what initially felt like an overwhelming journey so much more manageable. Thanks to her efforts, my son now has access to the funding and resources that will truly benefit his development and well-being. I can’t thank the team enough!

Google MapsIt’s a shame that a few people who don’t take the time to investigate instances can be so detrimental to an organisation that I think is exceptional. I have 2 brothers who are intellectually challenged, both now in their late 50’s. My parents dedicated their lives to looking after them and when our dad passed away a few years ago, I was their only support. It was then I discovered the NDIS, and in turn Therapy Care. Therapy Care management and staff go above and beyond to ensure my brothers are assisted in every way, whether it be medical or social. I would have had to resign from my work to take care of them, but fortunately I was recommended to try Therapy Care to assist with the my brothers. The staff are friendly and professional and they go out of their way to support my brothers and try to meet the needs of both of them! I couldn’t recommend them any higher. In fact, I do recommend them every opportunity I get. I really appreciate everything they do!!
My daughter has been attending therapy care day program, social support and personal care for 12 months and i have been really happy with all of these services, the staff are very kind, attentive and engaging with their clients. My daughter lost alot of personality, but since being with therapy care she has become her old happy self again, making friends. Her main support worker Fiona has been a fabulous support worker for her, teaching her so much. We have also used occupational therapy and speech with alot of satisfaction. Olina their RN nurse is always checking on my daughter with care. We would be lost without all of these people and I haven't come across a service that provides all of these supports all in 1 place daily. I highly recommend this company for support services

Google MapsEveryone is really nice. Amanda is amazing in the Gym, helping me workout. Kayla, Abi and the whole team are great support every week. Dave and everyone is the office are very organised and supportive for change. Great place been here over 6 years.

Google MapsAs a grandmother to two wonderful grandchildren who have been accessing therapy sessions through Therapy Care, I couldn’t be happier with the progress I’ve seen! Both of my grandkids are getting Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy sessions, in clinic and at their schools as well, allowing for flexibility. The improvement in their skills and confidence has been remarkable. The therapists are not only highly professional but also incredibly kind and patient, creating a warm and welcoming environment for the kids. It’s clear they genuinely care about the well-being of each child and are committed to helping them reach their full potential. Beyond the progress my grandkids have made, I’ve also noticed how much this has positively impacted my daughter and son-in-law. The support and guidance from Therapy Care have made their lives so much easier, and the quality of living for their whole family has improved greatly. I highly recommend Therapy Care to any family looking for exceptional therapy services. Their care, attention to detail, and quality of service are truly outstanding.
