Therapy Care has been an incredible support for our family over the past 4 years as our son’s occupational therapy provider. He absolutely loves his therapist, and we’ve seen remarkable progress in his ability to integrate into society. They’ve not only helped him develop emotional regulation skills but have also guided my husband and me in learning effective ways to work through challenges with him. Their dedication and expertise have made a huge difference in our lives. We highly recommend Therapy Care to any family looking for compassionate and impactful support!

My son Luke has been attending Therapy Care for many years now. Not only has Luke grown into a very independent young man but he has made many new friends. The staff at Therapy Care are amazing and have helped Luke with his growth. Luke attends gym sessions and has had lots of experiences with attending Respite with his fellow mates.

Our participant is supported by therapy care, and our team has always found the allied health staff to be so helpful with suggestions for at home maintenance and living support. WIll continue to recommend therapy care OT supports to my participants in in Blacktown area.

My mother, Susan Boucher, was a clinet under Stephanie (Senior OT). Stephanie was very pushy and her student Pinar told misleading information saying that the shower chair wasn't in stock in Blacktown, and yet I found it in stock at Medisa (which is in Castle Hill). I told them my mother is terminally ill and is immunocompromised and cannot have anyone in the house and for them to drop off the shower chair and when mum is well enough to try it without feeling observed (As she was a childhood sexual abuse victim) I will let them know to take it back or we like it. Stephanie and the ot student wanted to do video calls or phone consults in a very intimate time with my mother and breeching her privacy, especially during this time. I am disgusted that they don't take being immunocompromised seriously and it makes me doubt this company and their ability to care for disabled people. UPDATE IN RESPONSE; As mum is immunocompromised I don’t want the added pressure of mum being observed through video call, especially as she was a sexual assault victim! It is already stressful dealing with someone who has cancer and cannot have anyone in the house at present but the OT was very demanding to mum, wasn’t taking no for answers in regards to pressure cushions and gave my mum tremendous PTSD. You have my mother’s contact details, please ring her instead of her support coordinator. Also the student was doing more work then the qualified but giving us misleading information. We weren’t even aware they were going to come out on Monday. I am very disappointed in this company and do not trust anyone who works in Blacktown worker’s club

Therapy Care have had an enormous positive impact on my child's life, and our entire family unit. From support workers, to therapists (speech and OT in particular), we have seen amazing progress, engagement and opportunities for my child, with their help. The compassion, empathy and true zest for the work they do is absolutely evident in the way they show up and work together as a team for their clients, wanting only the best, most successful futures for them. Our support staff have been chosen carefully, guided by our family needs and comforts, and the therapists who work alongside our support staff ensure that everyone works together for the same outcomes. We have 'team' meetings to ensure that we are all supporting my child in the most beneficial ways. I cannot thank the staff at Therapy Care enough, for all of their efforts with our family. I'm happy to say we have finally found the care service we are happy and proud to stick with! Thanks Team!
