I placed my first order with Trugrade Medical supplies not knowing how it would pan out. As my order progressed Karen contacted me with an update and informed me of an issue and sorted it out for me. It was handled very professionally and it made me feel confident that this is a great and professional company to do business with. The rest of the order was delivered very quickly and was complete. Once the order arrived. The items ordered didn't suit. I emailed them and with a quick response back from Karen it has been sorted and a return was organised without any issues. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are very professional, supporting and great to deal with. I am in the process of doing my next order and feel confident it will be hassle free and I don't have to worry, knowing it is in good hands.
