While I have never been into the office out front, I do attendant the Food Hub which is situated at the back of the building, on a fortnightly and sometimes weekly basis to do some of my shopping. I am privileged to receive a $40 self pay voucher for the food hub every 3 months by the Salvation Army. Not only do I get around 5 bags of shopping but up to 20kg of fruit and veg for free....the volunteer staff are amazing and provide a very very needed facility for the struggling....I'm sure donations would be more than welcome😀😀😀

Bit lacking in speedy resolution and 4 weeks for approval of Nils is a lot harder than in Melbourne... 2 years ago got Nils loan in Melbourne in under 2 days of paperwork being submitted and had goods 3 days later....... Adelaide is so behind the times and backward in this case...... cheers........

It's a good place for people to get food when they don't have much money. Immigrants, people with children and obese people certainly take advantage of it. The staff are friendly and helpful. It would be good to see food packages made up with no meat and dairy for people eating a Vegan diet.

Highly recommend this place for everyone who needs advice in their finances and help to sort out talking to nagging and abusive creditors. My counselor Juliette helped me to be confident to talk to creditors and gave me ideas how and what to ask to get good deals on electricity or other suppliers. Nice, caring and helpful financial counselors. Check them out if you need financial advice. 👍👍👍

Wonderful organisation, please book first, and go early in the week as they run out of funds later in the week, they can help with pet food also, fantastic, genuinely lovely staff, very helpful.
