Hi I’m Tony M and I’ve been attending PD balance class with Laura for a bit over a year. I really enjoy attending class, the exercises have been tailored to help my awareness of falls, mental concentration, improved posture & movement, walking gait, and to strengthen muscles needed for balance which all deteriorate as PD progresses. Thru my class attendance I have noticed a definite improvement in all these areas. Laura makes the program fun, she really cares about our attendees personally adapting the exercises to meet the classes various stages of PD. Laura & the members of our PD class get along great which is a real encouragement and an incentive to keep attending. I highly recommend Laura’s PD classes they are fantastic.
