I have been a participant with We Care Providers since June, 2022. In this time they have been significantly helping me with managing my musculoskeletal conditions and have reduced the impact it's had on my parents by assisting with various support. This includes helping get me to and from all of my physical therapy appointments every week. I've had a very positive experience with the staff since the very beginning. While i was originally trying to learn more about care worker support options in my area, the managers at We Care were able to help equip me with the necessary information and guide me in the right direction as to which organisations could help me best in my situation, without ever once pressuring me to go through them directly. Additonally, when my family and I later decided for me to become a participant of theirs, the same managers went out of their way to help get me to all of my physiotherapy appointments immediately. Every carer has and continues to give me so much to look forward to each time to see them, and they are very supportive and wonderful people to spend time with. Furthermore, I also feel that same level of care from every staff member I've been acquainted and communicated with on the management side of the company, who all go out of their way to both support and guide me with all enquires, updates, changes and applications without any hesitation or frustration. I couldn't recommend a better company and group of people to want to express and give my support back to in return.

For those seeking assistance due to workcover injury and seeking reviews, as this agency is on workcovers list of approved service providers... The communication provided from the admin/management is so lacking, it's ridiculous. The lady who was helping me with basic cleaning was lovely, but there is no communication from management. "Oh, someone was supposed to call you to let you know I wouldn't be coming..", when she needed personal time. They used to have a guy organising with schedules, he would always contact me if something came up (public holiday, illness etc), to reschedule or offer someone else, even temporarily. He no longer works in that position, and the agency has completely dropped the ball. They have effectively just ghosted me, not even an acknowledgement of receiving an email. I get that I'm "just a workcover client", and not their favoured NDIS clientele - but if the agency doesn't wish to service workcover clients, remove yourselves from the list of workcover approved agencies! It's not fair to agree to service based on insurance approvals - and then just leave the client without services, and not even have formal notification stating as such. This agency has now left me without assistance, moving into 8 weeks now! I will never suggest this provider to anyone, based on management/admin. Just to be clear, the actual worker was good, but when she couldn't make it, the agency didn't tell me and made zero attempts to inform me of any changes, let alone reschedule with someone else. Feel extremely let down. No professionalism at all!
