The day surgery dept although running a bit behind in the surgery due to a breakdown couldn’t fault the treatment I received from the blonde haired young lady I can’t recall her name that took my obs and took me through to where I was to be fitted with a canuler she was great as were all the staff I encountered in the day surgery thank you all

Staff was helpful and did not brush you off or make you feel like you were a criminal for seeking medical help after hours like some other places have

Clean hospital, great nurses, Dr was nice, efficient, and did a great job

Something obviously needs to change the health care and support in this town and in bigger sense Australia is a joke :( I need help it's an emergency but no one will help me I was going to go to the er but after reading the comments obviously it won't be any better then my doctor not helping me in any way it's a sad world when you can't rely on the people who are there to help I do not know what to do :(

Came thru ED for kidney issues, Most of the Nurses have no compassion, Was talked down to by one nurse in particular, the doctor wasn't very nice and when I voiced my concerns with him he didn't listen to me and then complained about me to other staff outside of my room within my earshot.. Absolutely disgusted with this place and the way they were towards me.. the whole structure needs looking into...
