Great stuff great experience

I was with zenn it was fun at first then I started to see the toxic behavior but if you raise a concern or point out things you believe are wrong they treat you differently. One day I had services the next I had no one , they left me with no one and I have personal care . To this day the explanation as to why I was kicked out when I did nothing wrong , was full of non truths and fabrication.Consumer beware!!!!

Tried this care company, beware there is a joining fee🤔 they have other hidden charges too and some staff are not able to provide the care you need. Also I had a physio appointment and the carer never turned up as the admin team are not on top of booking your service times. When you rely on other people to help improve your quality of life be careful with choosing the right company that has empathy and not just seeking to suck up your ndis funding. Worst 4 weeks of my life. Never leaving any reviews until after a few weeks of service again.

Communication at times was non existent unless you emailed or messaged the GM. Zenn were questioned with incorrect or lack of invoicing. Didn't charge for months and didn't provide invoices. Making this very difficult to track expenditure. Many staff members turnovers. Took quite abit of time to get funding back from the organisation after deciding not to use them anymore. Hopefully things can get better within the business, though with currently management, I don't have confidence the business will improve.

My Daughter has been receiving services from Zenn, we had very positive results with Zen’s supports, communication and reliability, her support worker and the coordinator is excellent, always available when contacted. I will highly recommend Zenn services to anyone in need.
