Jeff Wolak: the physio wonder drug - no water needed, no prescription required. Since 2018, Active Lifestyle Physio has been my go-to for knees, neck stiffness, chronic pain, and unexpected bursts of joy. I walk in for treatment and leave with laughter, wisdom, and a body that feels just a little more like mine again. Highly addictive. Side effects may include smiling and feeling seen from the front desk with Anna, to my physio Jeff, the boss Cameron, and their AI companion Sarah.

I randomly choose to come to the therapy because I was doing Pilates here. I also randomly chose Laura for my lower back pain because of others’ reviews and now she is my forever go to therapist!! 🫶solved my pelvic pain and neck pain!! She’s not only good at the treatment but also explains why and how it happens and what I can do to help. I can’t go anywhere else anymore 👍 Also Anna is always supportive to manage appointments and communications 😊
