Been there several times, always had good experience but today the nurse KD who did my little one’s vaccine was quite unhygienic. When we walked in, we noticed she was replacing the bin liner then did a few things on the computer and straight away got the vaccine and did the injection without changing her gloves. I was hoping she would change them before handling the vaccine but she didn’t. Was quite disappointed about this as we always had a good experience there. Hoping it will not happen again!

Absolutely horrible place to go for health care, the administration takes an appointment as a suggested time even booking days in advance will not help you, I personally booked and appointment for 11:45am and was only seen almost 45 minutes later and 12:25. This is simply embarrassing for the organisation.

I have been attending this clinic for 19 years. I am totally satisfied and see no reason to leave them. The reception staff are friendly and helpful as is my GP. She shows a genuine concern about my health.

Dr. Mustafa was incredibly kind and attentive. He listened carefully, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. Dr. Mustafa always very thorough and the appointment doesn't feel rushed. Excellent service from him.
