Nurse was very warm welcoming and gentle with my daughter as she was having her injections. Dr Osman Mohamed was our first point of contact when we landed here from Auckland, New Zealand. Dr Mohamed made us all feel comfortable for our very first visit. He helped so much by making everything easier for us which was such a helpful and considerate gesture being new here in Melbourne. Thank you so much Active Medical for your lovely customer service and people skills from my family we really appreciate it.

Wonderful service.practice keep Updating patient with alerts for upcoming appointments. Dr Shamama, I think , is the best in her patient care. She is an angel without wings. Pathology girls are wonderful especially Coby. I always had a very pleasant experience with her❤️

My family GP wasn’t available today and I needed to see a doctor. After a few searches, I found Active Medical. I called and made an appointment very easily and being a new patient, I filled out some online forms. Getting to the clinic was easy, parking was at the rear of the clinic. I was not expecting how big the clinic was and the reception staff were very friendly. Doctor was informative and did appropriate tests to provide result. Will not hesitate to come here if my family GP is not available

Dr Dragan has been my GP for over 13 years now, I still can't believe on how much his loyalty is with me I cannot thank him enough there are no words besides to say god bless him. Thank you Dr Dragan for looking after my health.

Arrived 15 minutes early for an injection at 10.30. Waited until 11.00 without being called. Approached the Reception desk and was told that the nurse would not be too much longer. I left.
