Google MapsUnfortunately I have to post another very poor review about the service that Active Mobility offers. The right footrest on my father's Centro Glider has come off and despite repeated emails and calls, nothing has happened for TWO weeks, and still no communication to say when it will be fixed. It is a course of great discomfort for my father and dangerous. This is unacceptable. One week after my poor review below I am happy to say that Angie has been fantastic in helping me sort out my father's wheelchair problem and he is now very happy. Angie has been the most helpful person I have spoken to at Active Mobility and has a customer centric approach to her job. Slow and poor service. Renting an electric wheelchair on behalf of my father that frequently breaks down and is not serviced for days leaving him (89 years old) unable to move from his room in his nursing home. The wheelchair collapsed with him in it which could have injured him and a number of others but fortunately didn't. Active Mobility did not offer any options other than to fix the chair, which they did but that was the 4th time it broke down 6 months. Poor quality product and service.
