I highly recommend NOT dealing with Active Mobility. I have never come across a business more disinterested in customer dealings. Staff are inhospitable, rude and show a lack of care when dealing with customers. Poor communication skills

The staff are very friendly especially sales people never rush to finish the sale they speak they allow speak no rush make buyer's to feel comfort with the product. I have visited 2nd time JUST A GREAT EXPERIENCE

Alex from Active Mobility was great. He was very attentive and followed up to ensure the product arrived on time and set everything up.

BE WARNED. NEVER EVER DEAL with Active mobility. The absolute worst business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Everything from unprofessional, rude and disrespectful customer service at reception. Incompetent accounts department and deliberately not answering phone calls. If this is something you do t want to deal with, DO NOT engage with Active Mobility. They would not start the order process for a $20225.00 wheelchair, unless the balance is paid in full. I paid the balance prior to Christmas 2025. Wheelchair doesn’t arrive until 9th March, 2026. I then receive an overdue invoice for $20225.00 on 2nd April, 2026. When I ask to speak to the accounts department to rectify this problem, the unprofessional, rudeness and generally bad attitude continues and, to top it off, they will not answer their phone calls. NEVER have I ever experienced such disgusting service. BE WARNED.

My wheelchair stopped functioning and the control was hot. I was very worried and rang the people who I had purchased the wheelchair from. To find that they were no longer in business I then had to find a company to respond so urgently. I rang five different companies. Active Mobility was the only one to respond. They rang me back three times the same day, to arrange a service man to come straight out to look at the heated hand control. They quoted me immediately explained to me exactly how to go about claiming and had disconnected the Hand control in the meantime. This was all done within 24 hours. After which I was informed that they were managing to access the parts and will get back to me immediately once they had them and arrange for the service man to return. As I use my Wheelchair constantly, it is very difficult when not having it available I could not have had better service, Respect and consideration for my situation. I highly recommend Active Mobility. 2 days later I’m still waiting on 4 other companies to respond to my initial phone calls.
