Abby and her team are absoloutley wonderful. They provide such a caring approach to all their clients. Make the time to answer any questions you may have, they validate how you may be feeling and thar you actually matter and not just an number. Made me realise that it's not just your physical being that matters but your brain and nervous system to. Thank you all again for your time and effort. It is truly appreciated. Cheers Krystal

I have been attending Active Recovery weekly for physiotherapy and hydrotherapy for over 4 years and cannot recommend a better practice. The whole team are all dedicated to you as a whole, mending body and soul with hard work and great attitude. The team all make you feel part of the family. Thank you!

The hydrotherapy trainer ( Monica ) is a very welcoming person and also has impressive training skills. Her instructions in the pool sre very clear and makes a person like me follow it easily. I am very impressed by the lovely warm temperature of the pool. I strongly recommend any one interested in doing hydrotherapy to join The Activity Recovery team.

Very professional and supportive . Staff are amazing and friendly. My rehabilitation was excellent and Kevin was more than helpful and the rest of the staff that helped in the hydro pool were also a great help and I thank everyone for their efforts to get me back to regular life .
