Google MapsThe team at Active Recovery are very professional and are extremely knowledgeable about how to support the physical needs of their clients. Each session is challenging whilst also supportive. Each week my mother has been given new exercise routines which have really helped her mobility in and out of the water.

This was the best health advice I could have received. Abby was able to assess my injury and structure a plan to recovery. Her positive attitude, skilful hands on work and simple exercise plans resulted in success with my injury resolved. I would highly recommend anyone wanting physical injury recovery to seek out Abby. Additionally, the whole team are friendly, welcoming and provide a family like atmosphere at Active Recovery. I have visited many allied health services over the years and this would have to be the most positive experience I have ever had. A huge thank you to Abby and team.
