Active Recovery

The team at Active Recovery are very professional and are extremely knowledgeable about how to support the physical needs of their clients. Each session is challenging whilst also supportive. Each week my mother has been given new exercise routines which have really helped her mobility in and out of the water.

Kevin is very personable and shows genuine care towards his patients. He was more than happy to give me extra exercises to help with other areas of pain which was very helpful. I enjoyed working with Kevin to develop a relevant exercise program to meet my needs. I have already recommended Active recovery to 2 people and will continue to promote the service.

After 6 months of failed self treatment and infrequent Physiotherapy appointments, an Exercise Physiologist recommended that I contact Abby at Active Recovery. This was the best health advice I could have received. Abby was able to assess my injury and structure a plan to recovery. Her positive attitude, skilful hands on work and simple exercise plans resulted in success with my injury resolved. I would highly recommend anyone wanting physical injury recovery to seek out Abby. Additionally, the whole team are friendly, welcoming and provide a family like atmosphere at Active Recovery. I have visited many allied health services over the years and this would have to be the most positive experience I have ever had. A huge thank you to Abby and team.

This was my first experience using a physio but I was really impressed with the results. Dianna was very easy to talk to & she was very reassuring & skilled in her profession. I had three sessions for my back & hip problem & have seen good results. I would wholeheartedly recommend people to go to Active Recovery.
