Started out with Active Recovery post workplace shoulder/neck injury and couldn’t have asked for a better outcome with treatment. Had both physiotherapy with Savitha and hydrotherapy with Camilla and found the combination worked at targeting effective recovery without overdoing it at any point. Would recommend both physios to anyone requiring some help healing and strengthening after an injury.
