Google MapsAbby is a gifted physiotherapist who is not only kind but explains things in a way I can understand and offers practical advice I can follow. I have recommended her to friends who also think she is special. The building is relatively new with plenty of parking and Active Recovery is also one of HCF's More for Muscles partners offering one free physio visit annually depending on your level of cover. I highly recommend Abby.

My go to physiotherapists since at least 2022 (worker's compensation injury resolved in 2018) for knee replacements etc. Physiotherapist Kevin is cheerful, very thorough when reviewing & patient showing me my next exercises. My current issues are again resolving due to Kevin's close attention & targeting injuries with beneficial exercises. So again able to take a break from regular appointments. I am motivated to continue my exercises. Was told always welcome to come back & see them if I have any concerns
