Google MapsI’ve been using Aspect as my plan manager’s since becoming a participant on the NDIS. I genuinely recommend them as not only a plan managment team, but as a group of people who have actual experience with working with people with disabilities. The individualised service and support given is unparalleled. My invoices and reimbursements are paid in an extremely timely fashion (to both myself and my providers), any questions about NDIS plan guidelines and rules are explained in a kind and easy to understand way. Big thanks to Katie, Tonisha, Mary and the rest of the team for their consistency, understanding of the importance of their job and guidance through what isn’t always a fun or easy system.
