They are wonderful! They assist me where and when possible. Flexible and easy to talk to. Able to have Budget Analysis meetings which assists to know how I can utilise my funding and not overspend. The Participant's Portal is great. Show's remaining funding, invoices paid and not yet processed. Support Coordinators can access a portal for their Participants. I appreciate that I am sent the invoice and have the ability to view it and able to click a button to Approve or Reject it. If Rejecting, can explain why, so contact be made with the provider to request for it to be rectified. If not rectified, it doesn't get paid until the Participant checks and approves it. I also found my Support Coordinator through them. Very happy with Aspect and the Services they provide. Highly recommend them! 👌😃

I have been a client with Aspect now for several years. I have found all of the staff particularly Tonisha, Mick Viki and Rochelle to be extremely helpful.All messages , emails and phone calls are promptly returned. Any queries are explained and time has been taken where required to resolve any issues. Each staff member at Aspect has been polite , caring and patient . All accounts have been promptly attended to. I have found Aspect to go over and beyond to make dealing with the NDIS as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Aspect Plan Managers . Tracy

We have had a horrible experience with this company particularly Rochelle and Olivia. They have done a poor job of maintaining the invoices for our child. We have had to continually remind them several times to pay invoices and they were uncontactable during this period. They failed to give sufficient notice of their requirements and left our child without the required support. Unprofessional, rude and misleading company, would not recommend at all

My name is Kay I am 53 yrs old mother of 5 .I have epilepsy and autism. I am proud to give a review on the amazing team called aspect.🙌 Not only are the people real .The team have many years of experience and are dedicated to find the answers the participants are looking for in a short amount of time . I have been a participant for 7 years .But until changing to aspect I have been miss guided and at times treated badly by people that did not know their job. My self and my team suffered .Now because of the dedication of this beautiful and talented group of woman from aspect ,my life has excelled 200 hundred precent . Not only is my team paid quickly but the advise I am given is real and helpful.Im never out of pocket for items as the team gives me web sites from the items that is passed through NDIS Not only their experience is rare to find in plan managers .But I am treated like a person .With kindness, grace and respect. A big difference I find , is aspect will talk directly or by email to my OT or coordinator .This is such a game changer. I am not a family member or have never heard of this company until someone recommended aspect .I was told I will not regret this change .I can happily say it was the best decision I made both for myself and my team . I feel sad I had to go out of my state to get the care I wanted and deserved . Well done everyone .Thank you for changing my life and giving me a life I am now enjoying . A job well done 😊
