At The Core

I was recommended to At The Core following a broken heel that required surgery and then intensive physiotherapy. James has been so helpful working with me twice a week to get my foot moving again. He has excellent knowledge of foot injuries in particular and I have noticed more flexibility and a decrease in swelling/pain since starting treatment. It was then brought to my attention that this type of injury can increase the likelihood of arthritis so following a consultation with James I have now begun MBST treatment. 9 sessions targeted at the cellular level to naturally repair my bones and help with pain and reduce inflammation. I noticed within 3 sessions that I had stopped taking any pain killers and without realising it was getting around without my crutch. It’s non-invasive, relaxing and actually quite a pleasant way to spend an hour. Clare the owner of the company is very knowledgable and passionate and happy to answer questions throughout the session and is on hand with blankets or cushions if required or cups of tea! It is a lovely calm environment and so far 4 sessions in I am delighted with the results.

Needing knee replacements and being too young to have them I have had to seek ways of managing the pain. I have been wearing the best knee brace on the market to counter the fact my knees are bone on bone with arthritis. Although there is still restriction physically and pain at times . Stairs have remained a problem, running permanently gone and long walks out of the question. I was told about MBST by someone who received the treatment in Dubai before it was in the UK with good long lasting results . Through them I have been introduced to At The Core and met the amazing Clare who has invested in the technology. I know she has had her own personal success with using the treatment. I was skeptical going into this but have maintained an open mind as I have nothing to lose . I have had nine one hour sessions and the results have been considerable. It’s non invasive , you would not know anything was happening and for me I had instant results. I was able to navigate up and down 53 steps pain free at a station that I would have struggled to do before .I can also do so properly and not sideways . I have been able to cut down on the use of my brace and that’s without starting my physio programme yet. I met with Rich and Jason two physios who are part of a very experienced team .Rich saw me before my first session and Jason spent an hour with me before my last session to discuss the way forward and to build a rehabilitation programme for me .I came out of this session elated and truly amazed with the results. I managed to complete a band exercise I am familiar with and have been UNABLE to perform due to excruciating pain in my knees …. Today I COULD complete this exercise pain free absolutely amazing !!! I also managed a set of half squats, again something I have not been able to do for years !!! At The Core is the full package. Clare runs this amazing one stop shop that is leagues ahead of anyone I have ever seen before. She is truly inspirational, very knowledgable and passionate about MBST. Excellent treatment- I had arthritis of the toe whereby I was severly limping for many months and after a course of MBST treatments the difference unbelievable - could not recommend highly enough !
