MBST has changed my life. After ACL reconstructive surgery, I had suffered with extreme swelling and excess fluid which prevented any movement in my leg. After struggling with limited mobility and seeing no progress after five weeks, MBST has been a game-changer for me. Initially, I was stuck with a only 10° bend in my knee, and frustration was mounting as traditional methods seemed ineffective. However, after undergoing MBST, I experienced a remarkable and quite frankly unbelievable transformation. Within five weeks, my knee's flexibility improved significantly, surpassing 90° of bend. This was the first point I felt any hope & optimism. The treatment not only restored my physical capabilities but also gave me my confidence back. The ability to move freely and engage in everyday activities without constant pain has been liberating. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone facing similar challenges, there is hope! Visited At The Core for a course of MBST treatment recently. I had a cycling accident a few years ago and suffered a broken hip. Physio hadn't really helped much but I'm already feeling the benefits of MBST. The team were so welcoming and arranged flexible times and dates for my treatment. I suffered a rotator cuff injury from simply playing too much golf. I have had this before and remember it took a very long time to recover despite much work with physios and complete abstinence from golf. So I decided to try this treatment that I had heard much about. I had 15 sessions spread over 2 different treatments and without doubt I felt huge change in the amount of movement I could comfortably enjoy after the full treatment. I would say 75% improvement.
