At The Core

At the Core offer a such an amazing service. I’ve recently been working with Geoff who has been incredibly valuable with his performance and sporting background. He helped me get back to fitness in a matter of weeks, after a diagnosed stress response my lower legs.

I’ve had two courses of MBST therapy with At The Core. For sciatic nerve pain and as preventive treatment for osteoporosis. In both cases I had follow up physio/personal training sessions there as an ongoing treatment plan and periodic Ecolight REMS bone scans (more reliable than DEXA) to check progress. There has been marked improvement in my bone density results and I no longer have constant sciatic nerve pain. I’m very pleased with the progress I’ve made. It’s an expensive route to take, however I think it’s worth the investment for my future health and to avoid taking deleterious osteoporosis medication. I am so grateful to Clare Kelvin for making MBST therapy available in London and her professional team of physios and trainers who provide such great follow up and encouragement.

I broke my leg playing rugby some time ago. Geoff's impressive expertise and experience in professional football was immediately clear. His treatment was efficient and I really felt he accelerated the process. I got back onto the pitch with very few issues. It feels strong and able to sustain the stresses of exercise. Geoff has a dizzying encyclopaedic knowledge of hips, knees and ankles. I run and exercise with very few issues and ran the marathon after the injury. His professionalism, attention to detail and knowldge, mean I would have no hesitation in recommending Geoff.

I came from Canada to have Osteoporosis treatment on the MBST machine. Everyone was very accommodating. I was there twice a day for an hour for 5 days. That was 18 months ago. I have 8 fractures in my back. I am doing pretty well. My bone density has improved. I am not on any meds for osteoporosis. Trying to strengthen the muscles beside my spine now to help me have more strength and be able to walk longer distances. So far i am very pleased with the outcome. I would have liked to have the treatment for my knees as i am bone on bone on one knee. But unfortunately with flight and accommodation and treatment unable to afford it. So looks like a knee replacement surgery. 🥲

Jason is a fantastic physio, especially for sports injuries. He’s really thorough, treats the root cause rather than just the symptoms and explains everything in an easy to understand way.
