Athletic Institute

I have been apart of Athletic Institute under Corey Green’s program and training for the last 2 years. I have not only improved in my physical training but I have also gained a lot of knowledge and understanding of my body through working with Corey. Since joining I haven’t looked back and I wished I had came across Corey’s training programs sooner. I strongly believe in these guys and how they genuinely want to help and guide people to reach their goals.

AI is much more than just a gym or training facility. Corey and the entire team are continuing to create an environment conducive to growth. No matter your athletic ability, they tailor to anyone and everyone. Every time I walk in the door, I'm always made to feel welcome and at home. I couldn't recommend Athletic Institute enough!!

Its a really good gym. Great coaches, great equipment. I have improved so much just by being at this gym. i would highly recommend

The best training facility ever. I’ve been training at Athletic Institute for 9 years now and I don’t plan on going else where. They have the best staff with so much patience and knowledge to create individual programs. State of the art recovery gear and equipment what more could you want!

I've been going to Athletic Institute (AI) for over 4 years and have never looked back at another gym since. The facility has some of the most qualified coaches I have ever been trained by and their positive attitude keeps me coming back. AI helped me recover from an ankle reconstruction, providing a solid rehab program with exercises to become more mobile for the future. If you're a young athlete and want to take your sport more seriously or if you're wanting to move and feel better, AI is a must-have investment in your life.
