Google MapsI cannot recommend Tess, Steve & the team at Aust Decon Specialised Cleaning enough! They literally went above & beyond to assist me to sort out my aging & unwell mum's hoarding & squalor in order to prepare her home to sell & downsize to a property to better meet her care needs & maintain her independence moving forward. I knew from the moment I first spoke to & then met with Tess & Steve that they were genuinely lovely people & the perfect fit to assist me with this & the stress & trauma involved. Even during the weeks that I was working everything out & before I had given them the work, they genuinely enquired after my mum's health & my stress levels. They were also the most competitive quote! Once I gave them the work the offer of assistance that they made to me in order to keep things moving forward was beyond what was commercially & professionally required of them. They worked with me to make this happen as quickly & smoothly as possible. Once they started work it was a seamless process. Nothing was too much trouble. They kept me informed during the entire process & were extremely considerate of mum's valuables & personal items. When situations arose their ability to pivot & problem solve was incredible & a huge relief to me. They completed the work on time, on budget & as specified & agreed. Tess is an extremely organised, genuinely caring perfectionist. Steve has an uncanny knack of knowing when people need support - his sense of humour, understanding & encouragement were literal sanity savers! I feel fortunate & grateful to have met & employed Tess & Steve. There is no question that I would employ them again in future if need be!
