Google MapsTheir policy did not have a $10 cleaning fee on it for change of mind when I returned to refund a wheelchair hire after having it in my posession for 55 minutes unused. I had called and spoke to Josh who confirmed over the phone three times that I would get a full refund of $160 as I had only had it with me for 40 minutes. I asked for the lady to show me proof in their hire policy for change of mind or cleaning fee and she could not provide it. They were very rude to me when I questioned the employees.

Google MapsFrom the start to the end I found most staff/manager quite rude… decided to purchase an over bed table and agreed on the price… due to unforeseen circumstances was not able to pay on the due time… demanding extra money as “could have been hired out”!! No we agreed that it was to be purchased so therefore not a hired item… extremely rude!! No empathy!! And spoke over me the whole time… very poor customer service compared to my 30yrs in customer service… SHAME
