A Caring experience for wanting some help with my ageing parents. Highly recommend!

Their policy did not have a $10 cleaning fee on it for change of mind when I returned to refund a wheelchair hire after having it in my posession for 55 minutes unused. I had called and spoke to Josh who confirmed over the phone three times that I would get a full refund of $160 as I had only had it with me for 40 minutes. I asked for the lady to show me proof in their hire policy for change of mind or cleaning fee and she could not provide it. They were very rude to me when I questioned the employees.

I have been a customer of B Smart for awhile and I find their customer service to be excellent. I would like to give a special shout out to Robbie at the Caringbah store as he went above and beyond to repair my motorised scooter. Thank you so much for all your help.

From the start to the end I found most staff/manager quite rude… decided to purchase an over bed table and agreed on the price… due to unforeseen circumstances was not able to pay on the due time… demanding extra money as “could have been hired out”!! No we agreed that it was to be purchased so therefore not a hired item… extremely rude!! No empathy!! And spoke over me the whole time… very poor customer service compared to my 30yrs in customer service… SHAME

My mother's walker broke as we were leaving home to take her to respite. URGENTLY needed repair, replace or hire of walker. Josh was so accommodating and my repair was done in record time by the lovely gentleman in charge of repairs. Excellent Service, Thank you.
