Balance Group Australia Pty Ltd

Great help from Jason and the team today really helped me get the right equipment!

Without a doubt the Best, friendliest and efficient business I’ve dealt with in a long time.I urgently needed to hire a chair , I hadn’t thought to book in advance but with the Amazing ladies in the shop’s help in just over an hour Graham had delivered and adjusted the chair , nothing was too much trouble really was Service with a smile I thoroughly recommend this local business for any medical or mobility aids you may need. Thank you all so much

Have just spent a week at Coolangatta. We hired some necessary equipment. This company has been marvellous to work with. Madonna and Jason were so helpful and keep us up to date with everything. Mick made his delivery to us even though we had to change accommodation because the first unit was impossible. I cannot speak highly enough of the company and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to the three staff mentioned here. You helped me during a stressful time.

Hello My experience with Mobility Tweed was very productive. The sales lady Mel was very knowledgeable new all the features of the chairs including cloth & colours available 10 out of 10my wife has had several operations on her back so it was very important to get all the information available about the chairs thank you

Great service. I only wanted to hire a wheelchair for my son for a couple of weeks - so small fry at less than $100 - BUT, the young woman who served us couldn't do enough to help and the guy spent another 10 minutes getting the adjustment just right. This is the way a service business should run.
