Went in here yesterday to get a walker for my frail aged 89 yo mother. Paid $115.00. She found it heavy and couldn't get through her bathroom door. I returned the walker next day to the store and a salesman examining the item looking for any damage, for which there was none obviously then remarking, to "heavy huh". Then he went on to say there will be a restocking fee of $19.95, before picking up walker and leaning up against all the other walkers against the wall. This is an NDIS provider supported business. Just riping the vulnerable people with disabilities and the elderly off. Disgusted

Trish bent over backwards to ensure my ageing Aunt and Uncle received their equipment in a timely manner and even went back after the goods were delivered to adjust the toilet frame and make sure everything was placed properly and working as they should be.
