We bought a lift recliner for our Mum. Jacob was so helpful and knowledgeable allowing us to choose the perfect chair for her petite frame. His care and patience with mum as he helped her operate all the chair functions was so comforting. Thank you Jacob for your professionalism, support and assistance.

What a wonderful group of customer service people that work here. A special thanks to Crystal and Jacob for their outstanding service and helping myself and my 96 year old mum find a new mobility scooter. Highly recommend this store and the fantastic staff.

They were wonderful. I urgently needed a walker for my mother. They listened to her needs and then made a recommendation. They freighted the equipment to her and then contacted us to ensure it had arrived and we were able to put it together. Thank you team, you were amazing. I highly recommend Balance Mobility, Tweed Heads.
