If a lady in a light blue beanie picks you up in the iga mount clear car park i would be very worried the worst driver i have ever seen . Walked back past her after doing my shopping and she was sitting in her cab eating some thing out of a brown paper bag. 2 thumbs down. Sat afternoon on the 03/08/2019

Pathetc service-waiting 25+ mins now listening to moronic song while my call is fast tracked....as team is busy. Not busy answering the phone certainly. Pity those in an urgent hurry-I could've almost walked to destination by now. Rubbish Taxis.

Update: consistently reliable service with courteous drivers. Thank you for some good old fashion service! Original: Call it a lucky strike, but my experience with Ballarat Taxis this morning was a god send when Uber and Ingogo failed miserably! My call was answered in three rings, taxi dispatched and arrived with 5 mins. Plenty of time to catch the 7 am airport shuttle bus! From my perspective, the old fashioned system (I.e telephone and radio dispatch) worked where all the satellite enhanced apps failed. Fare was not excessive and driver happily accepted credit card.

Booked a taxi 2 days in advance fot 2 pm to go to a wedding at 3 pm, No sign at 20 min past the booking time. Rang,answer "taxis are busy if not there in 15 or 20 min call again". We rang a friend who went out of their way to pick us up. Never will use them again, it will be Uber from now on.

“Cars in the area won’t be long” 15 minutes later.. I get in the car to find the meter is already on $6.40! Even though the website says $3.40.. I start arguing with the driver (he turned out to be a pretty decent person) And he explained all the extra charges this company sticks on that he can’t control. You would be better off walking
