I've never left a negative review ever before but our experience with Barone Pharmacy this morning was very upsetting. I asked my husband to buy some Anagraine for my headache and nausea (I've purchased this from our regular chemist in the past with no issues). He requested this from the lady pharmacist who asked him what it was for, he said it was for my nausea. The pharmacist rudely replied that this medication is for migraines and she cannot supply it and walked away. We are shocked at the lack of care and standard of customer service. The pharmacist made no attempt to gather more information and offer any alternative. A simple Google search of Anagraine states that it is specifically used for headache, nausea and vomiting associated with migraine. We are extremely disappointed with the customer service and will never return.

My child had a medical emergency & the staff went out of there way to help. Phuong & team just jumped in and are always customer focussed, even remembering our names. A great pharmacy with knowledgeable friendly staff!
