Absolutely exceptional service and staff. Ever so helpful when im lost for what i need. Always greet me with a hello and a great attitude! The only pharmacy i recommend to friends and family.

Service is so slow and also very dry. I wait at the counter they see me and serve others or continue about their business. A little yes ill be with upu on a sec would be nice. Then theu don't tell you how long till your prescription will be ready so you wait there for 15 min only for them to tell you to come back .. I return after a while and the have to wait again to be served. Absolutely a joke. And nobody smiles.

Told me twice saying they where able to dispense a script. They needed to speak to my doctor. My doctor called and explained the situation. Called and said it was ok for me to pick up the script now. Upon arriving the second time, was told they could not dispense the script as I was not supposed to take both medications at the same time. Mario said he was only trying to do his job. My doctor is also trying to do his and this has been a frustrating experience. Thank you for wasting my time and impacting my health in a negative manner.

I have been going to Barone Pharmacy Chullora for years now and all I can say is your customer service is beyond what I can express in words. It gets better each and every time. The way you deal with the young and elderly is just remarkable. On top of that your commitment to the community and always giving back to our campaign runs to give back to those who need it most tells me your all for community. Thank you always.
