From the paramedics,Emergency and ICU staff absolutely amazing and very professional.Could not fault this hospital in any way .Even the food was hot and good and catering staff brilliant.big thank you to you all

Went in yesterday with a head injury the waiting room was very busy. I was seen initially with in a short time by Imogen the Doctor who I first saw was amazing she was very caring. I was also seen by another doctor Megan who was very thorough after lots of tests I was still there 9 hours later I feel so sorry for these overworked staff thank you to our front line staff. I eventually got home about 9 30 with all being good

Went to the children’s emergency department recently for a severe laceration to my leg and the wait time was absolutely atrocious. I had to wait 2 hours to even be seen for triage despite the fact that I was bleeding heavily, and then about 6 to get a bed (in a resuscitation bay rather than an actual room as they had no other space). I nearly had to wait multiple days to get into theatre. However, I would like to note that almost all of the staff here were absolute angels. Most of the doctors, nurses, and surgeons I spoke to were lovely and very caring, but unfortunately it was clear to me that they did not have enough resources to help the amount of patients they had.

The mental health services are out of touch. The psychologists aren't very well resourced. I'm glad Wagga Wagga helped me get on my feet, because you so-called "professionals" in Geelong are under-resourced, incompetent, and very suspicious. You didn’t even respect my boundaries at all, I will report you to the relevant commissions and make sure you pay for what you did.

Amazing staff and facilities but so ridiculously under-resourced. I waited 18 hours in the waiting room, which was packed the whole time
