My wife recently had her Laproscopy at Geelong Hospital Youang Surgery Centre (Ward 2, Room 10) and we are so grateful for the outstanding care she received. Special thanks to Dr. Pia Bernadi and her surgical team for their professionalism and compassion, as well as Nurse TJ and Nurse Sarah for their kindness, patience, and attentive care. They truly went above and beyond to make her recovery comfortable. We also want to thanks the wider hospital staff for their efficiency and support throughout her stay. Spent 4 days in E D and Heath Wing 7 room 9. From cleaning staff, meal service , nursing staff and reception I could not be more impressed. Each speak spoke with affection and respect about their colleagues and the services provided to me showed compassion and professionalism at the highest level.

I would like to thank all the staff from reception through to the nurses who took care of me last night , they all did such a great job ,,,thank you for taking care of me and keep up the good work ..

Good hospital alright service by the staff and nurses doing the best the can

Was in the post natal ward just hours after giving birth and can’t remember if it was a nurse or midwife but got yelled at for dripping blood on the toilet seat and floor while I was getting dressed even though I told them multiple times I was cleaning it all up once I was dressed and had a new pad on she said “it doesn’t matter other people need to use this bathroom too” because it was a shared bathroom between 2 rooms but I was still in the bathroom and using the facilities this was on the 16th of jan this year also couldn’t walk from heavy blood loss and hadn’t been shown where to make my son a bottle as my milk hadn’t come yet but every time I pressed the buzzer and told them I need to make my son a bottle they would tell me someone would do it soon 5 hours that happened on repeat and he was laying there hungry for
