Google MapsYesterday I called Blue Ribbon to come give an estimate on a water leak in my back yard. Long story short, Caleb Mock showed up (after a 30 minute CTM) at 0830 today. He dug out a lot of mud around the shut off valve, Replaced the valve and got me taken care of. He did an outstanding job for me, and I highly recommend Blue Ribbon for their expeditious response. 100% customer satisfaction on the entire experience. Great American Values and company!

Called one company who promised service that afternoon but redirected the technician after being unable to confirm the appointment. Called Blue Ribbon. They were prompt, courteous and completely up front about all details. Joshua was not just competent but really seemed to care that the information was accurate and as timely as possible. He is a credit to the company. Highly recommend.

Google MapsPlumbers Brandon and Matt were awesome!!! Thank you for your help!! Office however needs to do better on letting you know pricing possibilities and even though said free quote, I Found out there was a 250 diagnostic fee to dig into issue at all, that office should tell about in advance.
