We are members of their preferred client program and it has paid for itself many times over. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Good job, guys!

Google MapsOur tankless hot water heater display had been flashing for a good while. Still had hot water but wanted to have repaired before we didn't. Easy to schedule visit. Give picture of Technician coming out. Barrett was nice. Quickly determined issue and fix. Discussed everything he did and what to expect. Pricing spot on. Motherboard was being shipped from factory. Will call and schedule follow up to complete repair. Office called a week later to let know there had been a delay but looking into it. Next week scheduled visit. Out of town, but didn't need to go into house. He sent pictures of old and new board. My wife was home so he asked to go in to confirm we had hot water. Very professional. Will use again without question.
