Steve Caci did a fantastic job at my shop. Replaced 1 toilet, rebuilt another, and replaced some water lines coming into my shop. He arrived on time, was clean and professional. Steve explained our options, then got the work done same day. He also left both bathrooms cleaner than when he started. I highly reccomend Blue Ribbon. I dont know if they take requests, but I suggest ask for Mr Caci.

Very quick to send out a tech. and he was professional and courteous. Provided estimates before any work was done. Was also great to see before and after pictures of the repairs as they were in the attic and I wasn’t able to see firsthand. Great all around and the plumbing issue was solved within hours!

Joshua and Matt were excellent in diagnosing and repairing the issue. Their engaging, positive and professional attitudes made a bad situation feel better and the price was reasonable. I think their work was great quality.
