Latest Update 5/20/26: Someone from Blue Ribbon called me the very day I submitted the review and was apologetic. She promised that she would get back to me after talking to her boss about how they could make things right. I am still waiting for that call, and it has been months. This shows how good they are with their commitments... Not a vendor worth the 4.9 rating they have; maybe it is their bots, who knows. ----------------------------------------------------- Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and professionalism here. It took four separate visits to address my HVAC issues, with a new problem—and a new charge—arising every single time. Despite my requests, the company refused to provide a detailed breakdown of costs for any of the repairs. On the fourth visit, the technician claimed I needed a full system replacement for $12,580 (a Goodman unit) but again failed to provide an itemized quote. The tech was dismissive and acted as if I had no other choice. I ended up getting a second opinion from another vendor who fixed the issue by simply replacing the blower motor for $2,000. Save yourself the money and the headache; look elsewhere for honest service.

Noah was absolutely great. He was professional and very friendly. He even helped me get a flat tire up in the back of my jeep. He was a perfect gentleman and fixed our plumbing problem perfectly.

Repaired everything that we discussed prior to the visit and more. I was kept informed. All work request were reviewed and approved. Very pleased with the outcome. One hiccup, Caleb forgot to turn the hot water back on. I would recommend their service and pricing was right. Thank you!
