Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Location is easy to find and parking ample. Physiotherapist Jamie was thorough in his assessment and arranged a treatment plan that was easy to understand and exercises that were not intimidating and appeared achievable for my abilities and lifestyle.

My husband recommended Total Physio to me after his positive experience. I attended the clinic this week. I am really happy with the service, treatment and follow up I received.

Both the Physiotherapists I saw whilst I was being treated here, were amazing. On my last visit though, at the end of my physio session, the receptionist was on a phone call with a colleague at a different branch. She totally ignored me. I was waiting almost 30 minutes for her, just so I could pay my bill. I considered walking out without paying. She did not do anything until I said "Can I pay my bill please?". Very poor customer service. The therapists get 5 starts but she gets none!

Excellent service and treatment for physio and remedial massage. All the reception staff are great also.
