I went to Madi for what I'd been told was a radial nerve glide issue (that I've been going to different physio's for for about 18 months on and off). She listened patiently to my tale of woe :-) and the exercises I'd been given and the stalled progress I'd made. Basically I was wondering if I would ever be able to do Cow Face Pose again with my left elbow at the bottom (right at the bottom was fine). She identified a weakness in my left rotator cuff and showed me a couple of band exercises and IMMEDIATELY after doing them I could do it - for the first time in 18 months. Am now going to see what she can do about reattaching my jaw that fell to the floor.
