Google MapsLet me start off by saying I truly sympathize for those who work in the medical industry. How awful and unruly some patients can be, that require you to be direct and firm, due to their lack of mindfulness of only how much one can do help. I will also give benefit, that perhaps this staff member was having a hard morning with lots on their plate, but since this isn't the first time I've had a negative experience here, I would like to leave my latest one(not the worst), it was brief, but worth sharing to help you be proactive in the future. I came into your office this morning at 9:10am and observed only two patients in the waiting area. Your staff informed me that there were no longer any more walk-ins available for that day(that was fast, but it's fine) To be honest, I'm not even bothered by that. I was bothered by the greeting, more specifically lack-of. I waited patiently while they finished their call, they hung up the phone, looked at me and I said "Good Morning!" And their response was "Do you have an appointment?.." Forgive me, but if you cannot use common courtesy to say "good morning" back, it's hard to expect anyone who comes in, potentially unruly and/or difficult, will be nothing less than that. So next time your greeted by your patients at the front, do your best to be kind and considerate, because that for me was so frustrating, uncomfortable and I was already in discomfort physically for the whole reason I tried to see someone... like I said, it was brief and it wasn't the worst from here, but I've always just delt with it as I was coming to you in need. I hope this aids to you in your future.

Google MapsI had an appointment with Dr. Blackbeard last week and the entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. I booked online Thursday afternoon, and had a telephone appointment on Friday morning. She called me pretty much right at our scheduled time (doctors can sometimes run behind, so there is usually a 3 hour window to be called) and quickly addressed my concerns. She was straight to the point and was able to prescribe me medication that I had filled and picked up only a few hours later. Based on our first appointment, Dr. Blackbeard is a great physician and I look forward to having an in-office appointment one day. Dr. Clayton, Dr. Razouki, and Dr. Somani are all wonderful doctors as well!
