Google MapsMy doctor of 6 years moved here in May. So far my experience has been positive. In person -- I saw my doctor within 15 minutes of arriving. My last appointment was telephone. I had my prescriptions within 1 hour of hanging up. On line booking is smooth and receive an email reminder right away.

Google MapsI am grateful that Dr. Razouki took me on as a patient a couple of years ago, when I was pregnant, especially after my previous family doctor became too busy to accommodate timely appointments. Dr. Razouki is a great doctor! He listens carefully and quickly finds solutions to our concerns. He is kind and very knowledgeable. I feel very fortunate to have him as our family doctor!

Google Mapsi’ve followed my family doctor to three different clinics now and i’ve never had the issues i’ve had with this clinic. every single in-person appointment i’ve had, has been at the least 20 minutes late and at the most we were at over an hour in the waiting room and i just left without being seen. this is my family doctor, and if i have to pay a late penalty for not showing up to my appointment, why is it ok for them to not respect my time at all? super unfortunate. if it wasn’t so hard to switch doctors, i would. and not because of my doctor, hes fine. for some reason they had no phone appointments available, i had to refill my medication (that i’ve been on for 3 years) by COMING INTO THE CLINIC to say “refill” and i waited over 40 mins to see the doctor? on a day i had to leave work for this. why even make an appointment? i guess we can all just show up whenever it’s convenient?

Google MapsReceived a phone call today from a Dr in the clinic and she is not my Family Doctor. Even after I told her that I already have an appointment tomorrow (with my own Dr) she kept on telling me test results. Most bothersome was that she spoke to me as if I was a child and basically said “I wanted to talk to you before you talk to Dr.___”. Not very professional in my eyes and even more concerning is that she has charged BC Medical for an unauthorized (by me) and unnecessary phone conversation.
