I have been a patient at WELL Health Medical Centres - Clover Care for many years, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The consistency and quality of care I’ve received from Dr. Fahim over the years have been outstanding. He truly cares about his patients, listens carefully, and has always been thorough with my health. I also have to give a huge shout-out to the staff—they are always so friendly, efficient, and welcoming. It makes such a difference walking into a clinic where the entire team makes you feel comfortable. I can't recommend Dr. Fahim and this clinic enough!

90 percent of my visits to this clinic since 2009 have been poor quality visits in my opinion. My “Family” doctor does not support or prescribe the use of methadone for treatment of a neurological condition despite trying literally every other option first. I am supposed to live in worse chronic pain than I currently am. I have been put on hold for 45+ min recently trying to set up an appointment with my family doctor only to loose my patience and drive there only to see the line was 0 ahead of me. I was literally told I did not call there was no one on hold despite my recognition of her voice . Instead of owning up to poor service and saying sorry her most logical action was attempt to gas light me into thinking I was crazy. Seems like someone who needs to work in healthcare…. oops I meant receive healthcare they cannot gas light someone over owning there poor service. This clinic needs s staff rotation so the people there since 2009 realize customer first

This has always been my go-to clinic but sadly, the state of the BC Medical System has hit them hard. Even though this clinic used to take walk ins as far back as I remember, and a Google search indicates that they still do, they actually don't. And, at least when I went, there were no appointments available for another 48 hours. They'll just refer you to Urgent Care, who also don't have the capacity to see anyone and just connect you to a nurse on the phone. Apparently the only place you're guaranteed to get to see a doctor if you need care is the hospital. Don't waste your time here if your need is urgent (ironically, urgent care won't see you either).

The staff here were extremely disorganized and unfriendly. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, signed in, and still waited over 45 minutes, only to be told after I approached them that apparently I “didn’t sign in properly.” The lack of communication and professionalism was really disappointing. When people come in feeling sick, the last thing they should have to deal with is rude or dismissive receptionists. If you can avoid this clinic, I highly recommend going elsewhere. And here’s a tip to Well Health reception: a simple smile and a bit of kindness goes a long way.

Outstanding service. I arrived without an appointment and was seen immediately. From reception, to nurse and doctor, all were fantastic. Doctor Clayton was very professional and had excellent bedside manner and a great sense of humour. In and out in about 30 minutes with a wound cleansed and sutured. Thank you for your professionalism, it was very much appreciated.
