Terrible clinic . No point of making appointments here . You don’t get your turn for hours even if you book an appointment. Front desk staff is so rude and disrespectful. If you ask them anything they will just say doctor is running behind the schedule. .

The phone appointment was very good with the doctor immediately accessing and discussing with me a previous emergency room CT scan from 4 years ago that had never been reviewed.

I was grateful Clovercare still let me see my regular GP, Dr. Frankel even though I was late due to traffic this morning. However, I still wish he was more frequently available to see. It’s been several months since I last saw Dr. Frankel in person.

I had a little delay today almost 30 minutes past my scheduled time. I became nervous as I was running late to work so I walked to one of the receptionist (chobby like that) to ask if the doctor was coming. She was so so rude and walked out on me. After few minutes, I walked to another receptionist (a bit elderly, to the extreme left) who assured me that the doctor will be in my room soon. The doctor was also sorry for being late and apologized severely. That was really kind and professional of him and I appreciated it. But that rude receptionist needs to be addressed by the management. I wonder why I didn't ask for her name
