Cumberland City Council Seniors And Disa

This council is in shambles. Was looking to book a sports ground, submitted all paperwork a month in advance. They would not confirm my ground and booking before the booking date. The booking date has past now (luckily booked a ground through Blacktown Council) still haven't heard anything. Zero customer service.

I applied for DA approve for more than one year. But still no result. After my case , alot of Apartment Building and other building already finished. I don't know what's wrong with cumberland council. They can not handle 3 council combined in one council. Such a stupid idea and stupid people.

Disappointed,to see Merrylands has been a garbage dump recently, when one takes a walk there is rubbish piled up on streets . Members should take a drive and see for themselves how sometimes it smells . Nothing has been done upon notifying them , no clean up of the streets not even once a month. Since the merger things have been worse . It is shame to see this suburb neglected.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE KYLE & CAROLINE!!! Called to arrange a rubbish removal on 2 separate occasions - someone in customer service called KYLIE answered and after asking some qs she made it clear that I was wasting her time as she repeated the same response in a rude way. When I said this, she HUNG UP! I immediately called back and spoke to a Caroline, who started laughing when I tried to explain what happened and told me to 'get a life'.! So rude and I've put in a formal complaint!! AVOID!!
