The grass cutter and cleaners they are very rude and in our building there is no grass just they are making noise. They spend hours just cleaning. It's all a lie.Birmingham Street Merrylands.

The council is asking me to pay $$$$ to obtain the rates/transaction summary of the property i owned and i am living in. I am already paying too much council rates annually comparatively, and to obtain my own records, they are again demanding money. I believe we should be able to obtain transactions history as many time as possible and without any additional fees… The council is ripping off... Unfortunately, customer services officer Rhonda and Jenny (Supervisor) were unable to help... No customer service at all…. Rudeness was to its height…. Its a big shame… We are working hard and paying taxes $$$ for some peoples salaries,, shame

Shoutout to Councillor Steve Cristou, blokes a legend one of very few pollies that is a real genuine person and leader, how refreshing! Someone who responds accordingly to correspondence!

Brilliant help today (Sunday) from the team at Cumberland City Council to get to a WIRES rescue locked in a gated area. Matt, Simon & Malcolm were beyond helpful. Thanks team!
