While ago I booked tennis court and the lights didn't work. Long time on hold and it didn't get resolved, no refund. My son has been booking court without problem so I tried again and this time the court wouldn't open because it takes 30 minutes from time of booking to activate, but doesn't tell me this until too late when I've already paid! On hold for ages, rude customer service, no resolution just had to wait for the half hour to be up!

Huge effort from Merrylands council and Vanessa RE: Cat population management. Impressive decrease in the number of kittens in and around Merrylands. The combined efficient desexing program put in place by the council and the tireless work of cat rescues resulted in a normalisation of the local cat population . Big relief for the residents.

I know it's always been popular to dump on public services, but they've always been great. Every time I've had to call them, or go into their office (I go to the Auburn branch, they're awesome), it's just been easy. I get an answer to my question, first time, no need for repeats calls or visits, and usually the staff are friendly and empathetic.
