Domayne Bedding Fortitude Valley

Great tables chairs and knickknacks. Was served by Travis - he looked after us from the time we entered until the time we left. Thanks Travis!

Our shopping experience with Domayne Fortitude Valley Furniture and Bedding has always been enjoyable. The customer service and product knowledge is exceptional. The wide range of bedding and furniture to choose from is amazing. The two Franchisees both named Anna are both wonderful and couldnt be more helpful. Thank you for your exceptional support. Large store filled with beautiful furniture. Expect to pay more than other furniture stores, but you get what you pay for in quality. Wonderful staff, went out of their way to make our day a little brighter.

Ordered two small things from online to get delivered then got a call from the lovely Anna and said that she could personally deliver it to my house as it was just not too far. Definitely wasn’t expecting that. It was such a lovely gesture lovely service thank you guys!

I’ve honestly just had one of the most shockingly unprofessional experiences I’ve ever encountered, all thanks to Anna. We purchased a couch from this store and were completely misled throughout the entire sales process. We paid for onsite delivery, only for the delivery team to arrive and refuse to even attempt bringing the couch inside. They didn’t measure a single doorway or entrance, they took one look and gave up. When we tried to request a refund, things somehow got worse. We were suddenly hit with extra return delivery fees and fed outright misinformation by the store manager Anna. She confidently claimed we were warned that the couch hadn’t sold because it was an “irregular size” something that was never mentioned at any point. When we paid for onsite delivery, not one qualifying question was asked, yet she insisted that she and her team have “years of experience” and would never overlook something like that. There was zero goodwill, zero accountability, and absolutely no effort to resolve the situation. Her attitude was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional from start to finish. Without question, she is the most unhelpful and unpleasant salesperson I’ve ever had to deal with.
