We are big fans of Domayne! The store offers a fantastic range of products, and its convenient location in the Homemaker Centre, with two hours free parking, is a plus. We have purchased various items over the years, including beds, mattresses, outdoor furniture, dining sets, and coffee tables, and have never been disappointed with the quality. The staff are attentive and friendly, and always ready to provide helpful advice. During our latest visit, IIna in bedding, assisted us with the purchase of a bed ensemble and mattress. Her patience, knowledge and support were exceptional. The delivery service is also flexible and accommodating, always trying to fit in with your schedule to make the process hassle-free. The delivery teams have consistently been efficient, helpful, and polite. Moreover, Domayne is open to offers, and provides various payment options, making it easy to afford their products. Overall, our experiences at Domayne have been positive, and we highly recommend the store for its great products and excellent customer service.

Don’t deal with this store they are dishonest in their dealings in its entirety. I purchased a lounge over the phone and was agreed to have it delivered and unpacked. Upon receiving the package (unannounced) as I had asked them to notify me prior, they dropped it and left without unpacking it. This was a request that I had asked the salesperson (Paul) to specifically have it unpacked and delivered. Paul was unable speak and I was put on to the store manager Anna Gervasi who was extremely rude and condescending. I told her the sale was agreed that it would be delivered and unpacked. After receiving payment they have taken this off the invoice and refused to unpack it unless extra money was paid. He very careful, these guys are super dodgy and will falsify and invoice after payment to their own benefit. Appealing that the store manager or proprietor Anna Gervasi has no integrity. People like this should not be in business.

Paid the balance of my new lounge and confirmed delivery for the next day. I took the day off as they cannot give you whether it will be am or pm which is very annoying. Was told I’d get a text late that day with details of am or pm delivery but didn’t receive anything. Tried ringing but it was after 5pm and no answer. Rang the store next morning when they opened at 9am and was told it wasn’t booked in and it couldn’t be delivered today now. Extremely inconvenient and a days leave ruined and wasted. Attitude of staff member was well that’s what happened so too bad. Will never buy anything from this company again.

Completely Disappointed with this Level of Customer Service!!! I am thoroughly disheartened and let down by the appalling customer service I've received. The lack of follow-through and unfulfilled promises have been staggering. The inability to deliver my couch within the agreed-upon 12-week timeframe, now exceeded by 18 weeks, is unacceptable. The constant broken promises of callbacks and lack of accountability are a clear indication that customer service is not a priority once the sale is made. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the way this business has been handled.

For the price you pay you’d expect their products to be better quality than ikea or fantastic furniture. Bought an L-shaped couch, after 6 months it’s started to have discolouration on the fabric and the connector broke. The inserts are very bad quality, they ripped while inside the covers. Customer service isn’t great either. Im surprised this company is still in business. I don’t recommend purchasing anything from here.
