My Husband has been with NDIS since 2019. First2Care have been our plan managers from day one and have gone above and beyond in helping us to navigate through the NDIS plan. They have been incredibly helpful and always ready to answer any questions that my arise. They have always remained in contact with us on every level and we would highly recommend First2Care as plan managers.

Since we changed to First2Care for Plan Management, we have been impressed with how well they have been to us. They have treated us like human beings and not just revenue. They have been understanding, patient and respectful every time we have dealt with them. The invoices, reports and procedures are in a understandable format.
