⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly cannot recommend First2Care highly enough. No matter which team member I speak to, they are always happy to help. There’s never any judgement and no such thing as a silly question — they just get on with it and make things easier. If there are any problems with invoices or payments, they are straight on the phone to give you the chance to amend it, which avoids delays and unnecessary stress. My number one go-to is Nat. She truly goes above and beyond every single time. She’s an absolute asset to an already wonderful team and, honestly, she is the bomb 💣. If you want a plan manager who listens, acts, and keeps everything running smoothly, First2Care is the one.

First2Care manage my daughter’s NDIS plan and are fantastic. The team are always friendly, supportive, and genuinely care. They make the NDIS so much easier to navigate, and our providers are very happy with the fast payment times.

Having First2care as my plan managers/support team have been a blessing as they respect the whole family and not just the client. I appreciate having the monthly check ins and making sure everything is smooth sailing. Christy Blackburn has been a strong guide even though she took the reins later into my daughter’s plan and has handled everything with professionalism and respect. I have been with First2Care since beginning my journey in NDIS, except for a brief moment of insanity, when I was persuaded to " use a local " where I did not receive the same level of support and care, that has been the standard, with First2Care. No matter what I have presented to them, it is dealt with promptly, expertly and with such courtesy. First2Care I consider myself fortunate to be with you as my Plan Manager, tysm for everything you do on my behalf.
